From Corporate Finance to Connecting People with Jobs: My Journey into Hospitality Recruitment.

A few years ago, my life was deeply immersed in the world of finance. I worked in banking, a career path that I considered stable and successful. However, I felt a strong desire to pursue a different path, one that aligned with my passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

Change isn’t easy, and it can be scary. But the good thing is that life often pushes you forward when you least expect it. 

I left banking and began exploring ways to align my passion with my career. That’s when I took the leap into hospitality,

starting with housekeeping in hotels and waiting tables in restaurants. Each step brought me closer to what truly inspired me: understanding the heart of a business built on service and people.​ It wasn’t an easy journey, but it allowed me to experience every corner of the industry, and most importantly, to connect with the people who make it all happen—their challenges, their dreams, their dedication.

What I learned during those years was far more than just gaining skills. I came to understand each role from the employee’s perspective, but also gained insight into the needs and values of the businesses themselves, learning what truly matters to make a team thrive. It was this passion for the industry that led me to take another turn in my career and become a recruiter. 

Today, my mission is clear: to help businesses like yours navigate the recruitment process and connect with qualified candidates. At the same time, I’m dedicated to helping people find opportunities where they can truly thrive. For me, success isn’t just about filling positions, it’s about building lasting relationships that make a real difference.
